Vietnam era with less details as others.  This one is the first one I have encountered or noticed that has a rim marked factory stamp.  Usually not allowed due to the heraldry rules of later medals. Excellent condition with the original ribbon.  Nice variation of a medal with a factory stamping on the rim.
