WAC stocking holder WWII. Condition used excellent. Maker name is visible with the words “Garters, suspenders, and belts”. I don’t think this is a purse, but instead a bag to hold stockings and such to keep them from getting snags. Usually carried protected in the seabags and field gear. Nice light OD color and construction like a hand bag.

Still a Item I have not had one of before. Great for a WAC display. Made is the US by Paris Company

Also It may have been a handbag for toiletries like pomade brushes and such for the showering. I believe it may be this due to handle.
