USMC M2 1st aid 44. Condition very nice used. Being an issued first aid pouch some of the items are replaced in the field or such. This Marine type fill has the Navy contract Battle bandage and other supplies the Navy treated them to carry. Missing the Mosquito juice I places a bottle known for them to carry.

Sea sick pills were in it also and a very nice touch for a Pacific theater item with the island invasions. One of the most complete original kits I have had in a long time. Also 1944 dated pouch. Adopted about 1943. Took the place of the Roll kit they didn’t like.
