Excellent condition with only 1 ribbon which he is apparently missing a few being over there over 3 1/2 years and has had DUI\’s on collar due to punched area, now gone. A great starter uniform you can finish up. Size 34R. If you look closely, you will notice the VERY nice early chevrons.
