Nurse Navy Cape WWII. Condition excellent. Larger size. Looks Tailored or home made (WELL Done). Bat wing type style. Thick Navy dark blue wool construction. Ward nurses were most seen in these since the uniform supplied did not have a winter coat (the Whites). Top has the braided not closure. Three snaps cloth covered also run down the inside front.
Side slit pocket entry trimmed holes for hands on sides. If you have a set of Ward type whites uniform this is a must for any display. Really sets off the whole uniform. No tags or size. CAme out of a NNC grouping that actually had 2 of these in it. Same construction as well.
Also worn with the Blues uniform by officers and enlisted. This cape will NOT disappoint you. NO damage or stains.
