M16 Ammo pouch 1969. Condition near unissued. Well dated and manufacture marked from 1969. Nylon construction with the plastic snap buttons on the grenade retention system straps. Front fastening clip works perfect. This is still the M56 type system with the brace strap on the back.

These straps were usually always cut off after the new system cam out a few years after these were made. Scarcer pouch to find. This fits the newly introduced 30 round magazines for the rifle.
