First Aid Pouch Nirvana.  Excellent MINT unissued condition.  Well dated and manufactured marked 1945.  These were worn on the WWII cartridge and pistol belts in the field. They would hold one Carlisle bandage used for the soldier if injured.

This is the Mid war M43 pattern that was a larger pouch that fit the bandages easier.
