EIB Small version VN. Condition excellent. This is a unofficial size. Awarded for taking the courses for infantry tactics. Wreath later awarded if you are in combat in the infantry. Known as the Combat Infantry Badge (CIB) at this time.
Pictured is a full size CIB beside it. This possibly could be used in a dress tux uniform with the smaller miniature. Produced by Meyer with the M22 shield mark used in the late Vietnam until later on. STERLING SILVER marked.
