DRESSING INDIV BB WAXBOARD COVER. These were issued just like this for the first aid pouches of the soldiers in the Korean War. They got rid of the tin ones due to they were hard to open and went to the wrapped ones like this.
Excellent condition. It may have had another slip cover to it but gone. Most soldiers just left this inner slip box on them in the pouch. Great individual bandage for any display
