Badge Shooting prop 1950s

Description

Badge Shooting prop 1950s. Condition Excellent. Scarce and not often encountered badge. Typical Drivers issue badge with “Mechanic” bar. Also has a bar in the shape of a propeller. Well marked Sterling and Krew on the back. Have only found one other but not Identified as to why.

Theory dictates that being 1st Aviation in Early Vietnam could have been one of the ground crew working on landing gear or the machine vehicle used to move the aircraft.

Very scarce bar on its own, but always seen in this configuration. Also includes the patches from his uniform. Badge found in pocket. Shooting prop 1950s.
