NSKOV employ day 39. Condition nice. Veterans organization held many different rallies and fairs for the wounded and former veterans that fought in the German Military. This tinnie/pin was for a employment type fair. Held to get work for veterans and give them a better chance to get in the door of a factory.
Held in Northeim 16th-18th of June 1939. Very detailed with intertwined leaves in the swastika. Maker marked Deschler. light oxidation and loss of silvered finish.
