WAC grouping Lt Janikula

Description

WAC GROUPING LT JANIKULA BRONZE STAR.  Grouping consists of the uniform with tunic, cap, skirt, shirt, tie, paperwork, and named bronze star in original case. The WAC insignia are Meyer marked with the raised shield on the back. 6 ribbons are on the uniform as seen. Identified to an Lieutenant Jeanne E. Janikula. Patch is from the Supreme Headquarters in the European Theater.

Grouping also includes the ORIGINAL paperwork and orders and citation for the bronze star.  Finding a nice WAC bronze star winner is a delight to any collector. Original period box.  Skirt is about a 26 inch waist with TALON zipper. Shirt is private purchase with the original tie she wore.

A couple other pieces of research included like census, enlistment data. The officers cap is nice and clean with Lieutenant rank and the original size 22 tag inside. Uniform has a couple period repairs that are small and a couple of moth nips also very small with not being a distraction.
