One of the best detailed eagles I have ever encountered by this scarce make.  Its size is a bit smaller than the normal and would be great for a WAVES Officer cap as well. 1/10 Gold filled anchors with solid 10k ropes.  Sterling eagle as marked.  These are a tough find for a insignia collector.
