Leather is in great shape with no cracks and the hangers are strong.  Metal parts are free of corrosion and workable. It is named on the leather behind the buckle but unknown signature.

These belts were one common but have been harder to find on the market now that the Pacific Theater collectors are becoming more eager. A great Officers Japanese Navy Sword belt.
