Helmet Liner 60th Devils

Description

Helmet Liner 60th Devils painted WWII/Korean War use.  Excellent paint insignia from WWII on both sides. 60th Infantry of the 9th Division. Enlisted bar painted on back.  ROOKIE Stripe on front added during Korean conflict.  Also the original name can be seen under the Rookie as “Ambrose”.

Webbing has come loose from one of the A clips being missing. This can be fixed.  A extremely scarce painted helmet (Liner) from WWII.

Also was said a German General wrote in a report about the division saying look at those Devils Go.  They took this and made it there Motto.  additionally I think with some expert work you could restore the name also on the front and get rid of the stripe.
