GROUPING 1942 40/8 HAT GRAND CHEF DE TRAIN. This came out of a WWI grouping I sold a while ago. I forgot the cap, but it is in bullion and dated 1942. 2nd highest rank in Missouri as the vice commander and with his medals and membership yearly pins from WWII era.

Name and serial number are included for your further research. As a personal note I would like to say I am a member of the 40/8 here in Missouri and hold a state (Grand) officer position.  A great group of former servicemen I associate with often. This year I shall pick up this rank and title of vice-commander.

Our main focus since the late 1920s was to give to charities, Nurses education is number one due to the need we saw in the GREAT WAR.  We still need them as we all know, and we give scholarships to needing young adults going into this career. Please look up your local VOITURE (chapter) and if you are a veteran apply for acceptance.

This is an invitation only group, but as a fellow collector You have my support.  We are always holding events to raise money for our charities.
