Fusilier MG WWI Cap Machine Gun Regiment British. This British Field Service cap with the red piping and dark blue material lined for the cap. General service buttons on the front, with the false ear flaps on the side. The Badge is a Fusiliers bursting bomb and a “MG” soldered to it as being correct for this unit.

I can guarantee this solder job as a WWI period done. Has white powdered old lead and plenty of age.  A RARE cap and insignia of WWI.
