First Aid Pouch Nasco.  Excellent NEAR unissued condition.  Well dated and manufactured marked 1940.  Produced by NASCO  Awnings Company. These were worn on the WWII cartridge and pistol belts in the field. They would hold one Carlisle bandage used for the soldier if injured.

This is the EARLY M1928 pattern that was a smaller pouch that fit the bandages a little tight.
