Dressing shell air protection. Condition unissued excellent. Wonderful large dressing used by the bombardment Protection volunteers in England in the cities. Produced by Arthur Berton out of London. Also these were issued to the medical units that helped in the towns after German attacks in WWII.

Nice example to place with a helmet and cap badge of the ARP. Original packaging with the waterproof wrapped package inside. Also no dirt and original opening strings.
