COLD WEATHER CAP CIVILIAN 1941. Manufactured for government factory workers and forestry men in WWII. Mint unissued in 6 7/8 size and fits well on a foam head. Padded wool lining with the original manufacture tag. These were worn by civilian workers like in ship years and lumber areas in the cold weather.

These are not a common item and look great in a WWII cap collection. The men that wore these kept the troops supplied and safe.
